When are the sessions?
All exact times are on the timetable, but generally morning sessions start at 6 am and evening sessions at 6 pm.
Can I try a session before signing up?
Yes – you’re welcome to a trial session before committing.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, a water bottle, and comfortable activewear. We provide everything else you need for the session.
Do I need to be fit to join the sessions?
Not at all! Our sessions are suitable for all fitness levels—just come ready to give it your best.
How do I book a session?
You can book your sessions directly through our booking system—there's a link on the membership page.
Do I need to sign up for a year?
Nope—our contracts are rolling monthly, so there’s no long-term commitment.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fees—just your monthly membership payment.
Are the sessions indoors or outdoors?
All sessions are held indoors in our well-equipped gym—no need to worry about the weather.
Can I pause my membership?
Our contracts are rolling monthly. You can cancel anytime, but pausing mid-month isn’t possible.
What age groups are the sessions for?
We offer kids' and parents' sessions, plus dedicated teenage sessions. We're currently trialling teenagers joining adult sessions; however, please be aware adult conversations may take place. Should we feel there is a safety concern, they will be asked to leave.

When are the sessions?
The Kids & Parents sessions are currently on at 10am on a Saturday.
Are the coaches DBS checked?
Yes, all our coaches are DBS checked, and we have a comprehensive safeguarding policy in place to ensure the safety and well-being of every child in our sessions.
Can my child try a session before signing up?
Yes! We offer a trial session, which can be booked through our website.
What should my child bring?
Please bring: a water bottle, comfortable sportswear and trainers, and a positive attitude and energy to have fun!
What is a Kids & Parents Workout?
Our Saturday morning 10am session is a fun workout for both parents and kids. It’s a great way to bond, stay active together, and show your child that fitness can be fun! Expect a mix of fitness challenges, teamwork drills, and playful activities that suit all levels.
Do I need to be fit to join the parent & kids session?
Not at all! These sessions are designed for all fitness levels, and you can work at your own pace. The goal is to move, have fun, and spend quality time with your child.
How do I book a session?
All bookings must be made through our website. Spaces are limited, so be sure to book in advance!
Do I need to attend every week?
No pressure—while regular attendance helps with progress and consistency, you’re welcome to come when it suits your schedule.
Can siblings join too?
Yes! Siblings are welcome to join using their own free trial session. However, they must be signed up in advance, as we need to complete an additional waiver before the class. Unfortunately, we can’t allow anyone to participate without prior registration.
Do you offer family packages?
Yes! We offer flexible family packages that include both adult and child memberships. Whether it’s a parent and child joining together or multiple children in one household, we’ll help tailor a package that suits your needs. Just get in touch and we’ll talk you through the options.
