Whether you're a beginner or experienced lifter, our expert coaches will guide you through technique, form, and progression to maximize your results.

Forged Fitness

Forged Fitness is all about getting your heart rate up, improving endurance, and building functional fitness. Expect a mix of bodyweight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, cardio machines, and high-intensity circuits designed to challenge you, no matter your fitness level. If you want to burn energy, boost athleticism, and feel unstoppable, this is your session.

Open Gym

Open Gym at Forged Fit gives you the freedom to train on your own terms. Whether you’re following a personal program, working on specific lifts, or just want extra time in the gym, you’ll have access to top-tier equipment in a supportive, no-ego environment.
