All of our sessions are coach-led and designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident—no matter your starting point.
We offer two core classes:
Forged Strong – strength-based programming to build full-body power and muscle, and
Forged Fitness – high-energy conditioning focused on improving stamina and agility.
Need an extra session? Bolt-ons are available if you want to add an extra workout to your week.
