All of our sessions are coach-led and designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident—no matter your starting point.

We offer two core classes: Forged Strong – strength-based programming to build full-body power and muscle, and Forged Fitness – high-energy conditioning focused on improving stamina and agility.

Train on your own terms for just £40 a month with access to top-tier equipment, plus a free 12-week structured strength program to guide your progress.

You don’t have automatic access to the group sessions, but you can purchase a 10 class bolt-on for only £60, valid for 90 days.

When are the sessions?

All exact times are on the timetable, but generally morning sessions start at 6 am and evening sessions at 6 pm.

Can I try a session before signing up?

Yes – you’re welcome to a trial session before committing.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, a water bottle, and comfortable activewear. We provide everything else you need for the session.

Do I need to be fit to join the sessions?

Not at all! Our sessions are suitable for all fitness levels—just come ready to give it your best.

How do I book a session?

You can book your sessions directly through our booking system—there's a link on the membership page.

Do I need to sign up for a year?

Nope—our contracts are rolling monthly, so there’s no long-term commitment.

Is there a joining fee?

No joining fees—just your monthly membership payment.

Are the sessions indoors or outdoors?

All sessions are held indoors in our well-equipped gym—no need to worry about the weather.

Can I pause my membership?

Our contracts are rolling monthly. You can cancel anytime, but pausing mid-month isn’t possible.

What age groups are the sessions for?

We offer kids' and parents' sessions, plus dedicated teenage sessions. We're currently trialling teenagers joining adult sessions; however, please be aware adult conversations may take place. Should we feel there is a safety concern, they will be asked to leave.
