Small Group Coaching

Small group sessions with Head Coach Charli offer a more personalised approach in a close-knit setting.

With only 2–3 people per group, you will get focused coaching and support without the full cost of 1-to-1 PT.

Core Training

Forged Strong

Forged Strong is our dedicated strength training session, focused on compound lifts, progressive overload, and structured programming to help you get stronger and move better.

Our coaches guide you through technique, form, and progression so you can train safely and see real results, whether you are completely new or experienced.

Forged Fitness

Forged Fitness is built around improving endurance, fitness, and overall athleticism through high-energy sessions.

Expect a mix of bodyweight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, cardio machines, and circuits designed to challenge you at your own level.

How You Can Train

Open Gym

Open Gym gives you the freedom to train on your own terms. Whether you are following a personal programme, working on specific lifts, or just want extra time in the gym, you will have access to everything you need.

If you are unsure where to start, our free 12-week strength programme is included to help guide your sessions.

PT+

PT+ combines personal training with full access to the gym and classes, giving you structure, accountability, and flexibility.

It is ideal if you want more guidance while still being able to train independently throughout the week.

Specialist Sessions

Women’s Get Strong

Our women’s only sessions provide a supportive and welcoming environment to build strength, improve fitness, and feel more confident in the gym.

Each session is coach-led and focuses on strength, conditioning, and good movement while allowing everyone to progress at their own pace.

Tuesday & Friday mornings

Kids & Parents

These sessions give parents and children the chance to train together in a fun and energetic environment.

Through games, challenges, and movement-based training, children build confidence, coordination, and fitness while spending quality time together.

MANimal

MANimal is our men’s only session built around strength, consistency, and connection.

It is about turning up, putting the work in, and being part of a group that supports each other without ego or pressure.
